Unrar Extract and Recover Extracts .RAR archives and can list information embedded inside the archives.
Using multiple passwords to protect your files? It frees you from having to remember each individual password by keeping a single password depository so letting you choose as many passwords as needed.
Have you forgotten the password of a password protected archive? Can retrieve the password by using the dictionary approach. Give it a wordlist and it will attempt all words against the archive. Once it retrieves the password it continues with extracting the archive

Unrar Extract and Recover is a program that will batch-extract RAR archives, even when these archives are password-protected. To do that, you must edit the file password_file.txt that is located in the “C:\Program Files\Unrar Extract and Recover” folder, and write the passwords that you frequently use when compressing your RAR archives, one in each line. When uncompressing the archives, the program will try every password in the list and will apply the right one.
You will have to define the folders where the archives are stored and the folder where you want the program to save the files inside the archives.
Unrar Extract and Recover can process any kind of RAR archive – even multi-part and/or encrypted archives.
At the end of each batch job, the program will show a command window with information about the archive(s) extracted, if they were or not password-protected and the password used (only if it is listed in password_file.txt - of course, the program cannot guess passwords). It will also warn you if something went wrong. |
